How To Use Email Tracking Software When Networking?

How do you know if your emails are being ignored or maybe never even opened?

I hate to break it to you… but you are at a disadvantage if you are not using an 𝐞𝐦𝐚𝐒π₯ 𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐀𝐒𝐧𝐠 𝐬𝐨𝐟𝐭𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐞 when networking.

Sales teams at companies pay for Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to track their interactions with customers.

Networking is very similar to sales since you are outreaching (often cold) to individuals and trying to build a pipeline of qualified β€œleads”. Instead of trying to sell a product/service, your goal is to β€œsell your story and value” when speaking to that individual during a coffee chat. β˜•

Email tracking software allows you to:
1️⃣ Check if the receiver opened your email
2️⃣ Monitor what day and time your email was opened
3️⃣ View the number of times the receiver opened your email

This allows you to learn what content fuels engagement and if the lead is warm or not.
